Region 1 is proud to announce our new Parade Chairman

I would like to invite you to join me in a fun year of parading. The reason I parade...I love to see the smiles and sparkle in the eyes of children and adults alike when they see the horse go by...hear the little girls squeal with delight at the sparkles on the horses toes... and the nod of approval from the men and women in the know when they see a beautifully turned out horse and rider go by. Yep that's why I parade.

I would love to answer any questions and address any apprehensions you might have about parading.

I feel if we don't keep horses in the parades we will loose the privilege of having them in. And that truly would be a shame.
